Well stocked shops
The main park and the camping park have their own shops which are both open seven days a week in the main season. Each of the shops is well stocked with groceries, camping accessories and those everyday essentials. The shops close in the last week of September and please enquire about the restricted hours and limited stock during mid and low season.
Wally's Lake
If you are a keen
angler you could indulge in a spot of coarse fishing in our lake situated
nearby. It is well stocked with a variety of freshwater fish including Carp,
Bream, Roach and Skimmer Bream. Ask about the day tickets which are
available from our reception and stables. You will need to bring your own
equipment including catch mats and 37" minimum landing nets for Carp
fishing. Lake rules apply.
Riding Stables
For
a family adventure enjoy the delights of horse riding; the rates and times
of hacks and lessons are available from the stables. Telephone the stables
direct to book your horse riding session 01305 833578.
Ranch House Bar
The
Ranch House which overlooks the swimming pool, serves a tempting choice of
mouth-watering meals and take-aways. Live and other entertainment facilities
are provided during the high season, and there is a childrens room which is
open throughout the summer holidays. The Ranch House bar also has bed and
breakfast facilities and for further information on these, please contact
the manager on 01305 832311/01305 832398. The bar opens from the Easter break
and then re-opens for the summer season from the Mayday bank holiday until
31st October.
Swimming Pool
Take
a refreshing dip in our large heated swimming pool which has an adjoining
shallow pool for children. The swimming pools opens from the Mayday bank
holiday and closes at the end of September.
